This week, Dress for Success Worldwide launches Success Starts Now, a global campaign recognizing how the world of work is changing and how women’s career paths are becoming more complex.
Alongside this campaign, you will see a refreshed look across our platforms — a visual evolution that reflects both who we have been and where we are headed.
For 20 years in San Francisco, and since 2012 in San Jose, we’ve evolved alongside the women we serve. What began with professional attire has grown into holistic support that helps women dream bigger, dress with confidence, develop skills, drive their careers forward, and donate to support the next woman’s journey.
Why Now: A Defining Moment for Women and Work
The pace of change in the workforce is accelerating. The World Economic Forum projects that nearly 40 percent of core job skills will change by 2030, driven by technology, automation, and AI. Success increasingly depends on adaptability, reskilling, and access to timely support.
Women continue to face disproportionate barriers. Economic participation and opportunity remain the slowest-closing gender gap globally. At the current pace, full parity is still more than a century away.
The issue is not ambition. It is access.
