Expanding Access to Career Wardrobe Services Through a New Pop-Up Model

On February 4–5, Dress for Success San Jose hosted our first Career Wardrobe Pop-Up at the former YSL boutique at Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara, marking an exciting pilot of a new program model.

The pop-up tested a more self-directed Career Wardrobe experience—providing clients greater autonomy while allowing us to serve more women in a shorter timeframe, all without compromising choice, care, or dignity.

Over the two-day event, 71 women received Career Wardrobe support! The pop-up format allowed our team to reach more clients efficiently while addressing persistent challenges such as missed appointments, scheduling constraints, and limited volunteer availability.
