Our Financial Education Series, sponsored by Capital One, begins soon! This is a great opportunity to learn from financial experts and build confidence in managing your money. Hosted by expert speakers from Capital One.

Course Curriculum:

Week 1 — Money Basics

Our Money Basics workshop focuses on setting financial goals, building healthy spending habits, and learning what it takes to achieve financial success.

Week 2 — How to Check Your Credit Report

Your credit score plays an important role in your financial health. In this workshop, we’ll explain the difference between a credit report and a credit score, show you where to access your credit report, and discuss the key factors that influence your credit score.

Week 3 — Scam Education

This course helps you identify the many different types of scams that people can fall victim to, including those that often target vulnerable populations who may not be aware of these risks.

Week 4 — Money & Life Activity + Graduation Ceremony

In our final session, you’ll take part in a Money & Life activity and celebrate your progress in a Graduation Ceremony.
