Donate Clothing

Guidelines for Donating Clothing: Review and then sign up for an appointment below.

PLEASE NOTE - The next Donation Drive will be held offsite at Presidio Sports Basement on Wednesday February 4. Please park and bring your donations inside.

We do NOT accept walk-ins for dropping off donations.

1. We ONLY accept donations during our donation drives.

2. An appointment is required and a sign up link will be posted on our website approximately two weeks before the next donation drive.

3. Please bring no more than TWO bags of items. Items must be clean and in a small box weighing under 30 pounds, or in shopping bags/reusable bags/etc. NO trash bags. If you have any questions about the clothing limit, please email clothingdonations@sfdress.org.

4. Bring your donations to Presidio Sports Basement (The Dairy) at 610 Old Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94129.

5. Clothing should be current and contemporary no more than 5 years old.

Items we DO accept:

• Work appropriate suits

• Work appropriate separates (blouses, sweaters, pants, blazers, dresses, etc.)

• Work appropriate shoes (good condition, gently worn)

• Handbags, briefcases and portfolios

• Jewelry, including costume jewelry

• Scarves and other accessories

• Unopened toiletries and makeup (must be in original packaging)

Items that we DO NOT accept:

• Menswear

• Casual clothing (t-shirts, jeans, sweatshirts/hoodies, etc.)

• Athletic or Leisure wear (yoga pants, tank tops, etc.)

• Sneakers, sandals or casual shoes

• Lingerie

• Eveningwear
