Welcome Stephanie Reiter to the Board of Directors!
“I am beyond thrilled to join the Board of Directors for Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose. This organization has always held a special place in my heart —it enables confidence, potential and the power of access. Seeing women thrive when doors are opened for them is what drives me, and I’m honored to play a part in advancing the organization's impact in the years to come.”
Join us in welcoming Stephanie Reiter, the newest member of the Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose Board of Directors. Stephanie is a financial leader who thrives at the intersection of high-growth scale and mission-driven leadership. With over 25 years of experience, she has spent her career helping companies navigate the complexities of rapid expansion.
Stephanie holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Program (Wharton and Engineering).
While her background is rooted in the rigor across both public Fortune 500 environments and private companies, Stephanie’s real passion lies in the "human" side of data: leveraging teamwork to uncover the insights that drive a business forward. This commitment to unlocking potential extends to her community work. She is an active member of PennPAC, which provides pro-bono consulting to non-profits, and previously was a Board member of Capture the Dream.
A former Division 1 competitive swimmer, Stephanie brings an athlete’s discipline to everything she does. She lives in San Francisco with her husband, Dan.
Thank you, Stephanie, for taking on this leadership role and for contributing your time and expertise as a member of our Board of Directors. We’re grateful to have you with us as we support Bay Area women in preparing for work, securing employment, and building long-term stability for themselves and their families.
