San Francisco Job Jam at LinkedIn HQ: Tech, Coaching, & Career Momentum

In September, we launched our first-ever Dress for Success Job Jam at LinkedIn’s San Francisco headquarters, a free full-day digital empowerment program for Bay Area women.

At the heart of the event was digital equity: each participant took home a modern laptop. Alongside the tech, women worked one-on-one with volunteer coaches to strengthen their job search, received professional headshots, and built LinkedIn profiles to showcase their skills.

The room buzzed with excitement as women left with tools, confidence, and a clear next step toward employment.

Azanaye, a participant of the program, shared, “My doubts about achieving goals are gone. I feel confident I can create a better future for my career.”

Another participant, Lauren, shared that the experience, “has been an immense blessing. I am a single mother who just started taking college courses at SFCC and had been struggling to complete the required curriculum from my current mobile device. Today's training and laptop provided will make my study's and future job search so much more successful and I'm truly grateful. Thank you!”
