One Last Invitation This Women’s History Month
Women’s History Month asks us to reflect on progress and to be honest about what still stands in the way.
Across San Francisco and San Jose, women are working toward stability, growth, and independence. They are preparing for interviews, stepping into new roles, and rebuilding after setbacks. What they need is consistent access: to workplace attire, career coaching, practical skills, and a community that stands with them.
That access doesn’t happen by chance. It happens through sustained support.
This month, we’ve invited our community to be part of something steady and lasting: The Access Circle, our monthly giving program grounded in a simple idea—one hour of your pay each month can help power a woman’s path forward. We call it Your Hour, Her Power.
As Women’s History Month comes to a close, there is still time to make that commitment—and the timing matters.
We are working to reach 50 new monthly donors by March 31. Hitting that goal will unlock an additional $5,000 from the Manish & Asha Chandra Family Fund, extending the impact of every new donor who joins now.
If you’ve been considering it, this is the moment.
A monthly gift—whether it’s one hour of your pay or $20—creates reliable support that women can count on. It keeps programs running, appointments filled, and opportunities within reach.
Women’s History Month is about recognizing what women have achieved. It’s also about deciding what comes next.
This is one way to be part of that next chapter.
