Meet Kenzie Ferguson: 2026 Success Honoree

"To stand alongside such powerhouse women as an honoree is a privilege, but my true, dangerous passion lies in the daily mission of Dress for Success. Throughout my career, I was too often the only woman in the room.

Giving women the tools to get back into the workforce and level up is critical for our collective success.

The old boys might not know it yet, but they will. Look out." - Kenzie Ferguson, 2026 Success Honoree

Kenzie Ferguson is Vice President of the Delta Dental Community Care Foundation and Corporate Social Responsibility at Delta Dental of California, where she leads one of the nation’s largest corporate philanthropy portfolios advancing oral health and community well-being. Under her leadership, the Foundation has made significant investments in senior oral health, workforce development, disaster response, and community-based care—building systems that expand access, dignity, and opportunity for individuals and families too often left behind.

A defining pillar of Kenzie’s work is supporting organizations—like Dress for Success San Francisco—that remove structural barriers to employment and economic mobility for women. Through grant funding, in-kind contributions, employee volunteering, and sustained advocacy, Delta Dental’s partnership with Dress for Success reflects her belief that meaningful employment is foundational to health, confidence, and long-term stability.

Beyond her corporate role, Kenzie is deeply engaged in civic and community life across San Francisco, holding leadership and advisory roles with organizations centered on health, the arts, and community resilience. She currently serves as Board Chair of the American Red Cross Bay Area.

A global citizen with roots in the Pacific Northwest, she has lived and volunteered in Russia, the Netherlands, and Morocco—experiences that continue to shape her commitment to equity, belonging, and opportunity.

Guided by a belief that philanthropy is most powerful when it moves beyond charity, Kenzie is dedicated to advancing pathways that help women build lives defined by agency, economic security, and possibility.

Celebrate with us at The Disco Ball on April 18. Purchase tickets or make a donation in Kenzie's honor.
