Our annual gala, The Disco Ball 20th Anniversary Gala, brings together vibrant dancing, exceptional food, and iconic disco fashion for a high-energy night filled with connection and community. This year’s celebration is especially meaningful as we mark our 20th anniversary and reflect on the collective support that has helped women secure meaningful careers and long-term financial stability.
Every ticket supports our mission to help Bay Area women secure meaningful, livable-wage employment and build lasting financial stability.

In 2026, Dress for Success San Francisco proudly presents the Beacon Award, presented by Anne Cochran Sutton.
The Beacon Award honors a woman whose leadership opens doors and expands access for others. Like a beacon, this recognition celebrates influence that guides, supports, and creates opportunity for women seeking meaningful work and long-term stability.
Hilary Newsom, President and Partner of The PlumpJack Group, is this year’s Beacon Award recipient. Her values-driven leadership and longstanding commitment to community investment reflect the spirit of this honor.
The inaugural Beacon Award was presented in 2025 to Brenda Wright, whose career and civic leadership set a powerful standard for this recognition.
