On Tuesday, August 26 (4–6 PM), join us at the Presidio Sports Basement for a casual gathering that blends movement, connection, and purpose.
Women’s Equality Day honors the passage of the 19th Amendment — yet more than a century later, women continue to face inequities in pay, leadership, and access to opportunity. Here in the Bay Area, those challenges are compounded by the nation’s highest cost of living, making it even harder for women to build stability and thrive.

About the Class - All Levels Bodyweight Strength and Conditioning Class
Build strength, improve mobility, and boost your energy—no equipment needed! Just bring a yoga mat!
This all-levels class offers modifications for every fitness level. We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, move through a variety of full-body exercises targeting upper body, lower body, and core, then finish with an abs circuit and a relaxing stretch.
Led by Tara Soltow, a seasoned group fitness instructor with 13+ years of experience, you’ll get expert guidance, encouragement, and a fun, engaging sweat session!
