Spotlight: Workday

Since 2022, through their Giving & Doing program, Workday employees have been an incredible source of support, helping Bay Area women build confidence, develop skills, and take meaningful steps forward in their careers.

From organizing clothing drives and sorting donations to offering career coaching and mentorship, Workday volunteers have made a lasting impact.

“Dress for Success isn’t just about clothing— it’s about confidence, coaching, and new opportunities. That’s why this partnership is so special to us.” - Lilly Giraldo, Sr. Program Manager, Giving & Doing at Workday

During Workforce Week, our clients had the chance to visit Workday’s campus for mock interviews, and career conversations, leaving with valuable insights and industry connections.

Workday employees also gave their time to support our Spanish-speaking participants during the Virtual Job Search Program, helping women prepare for new career opportunities with confidence.
