Roxanne Varteressian Joe Named President-Elect of the Dress for Success SF/SJ Board of Directors!

We are thrilled to announce that Roxanne Varteressian Joe will be the next President of the Dress for Success San Francisco & San Jose Board of Directors!

She will serve as President-Elect in 2026 working closely with our current President, Jill Unikel, and President for 2027-2029.

Roxanne has more than 20 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution across best-in-class organizations like Samsonite, CVS/Health, and PayPal. She specializes in strategic planning, content development, cross-functional team leadership, and partnerships. She splits her time between Willow Glen and Napa with her husband, Stephan, and their two rescue cats, Woody and Ernie.

Roxanne began volunteering with Dress for Success in 2015, and joined the San Jose Advisory Council in 2019. After stepping down in 2021 to take care of her health, Roxanne was thrilled to re-engage with the Dress for Success team in 2024 and continue working to serve the women of the Bay Area. Roxanne shared:

"This month marks a decade of volunteering with Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose for me. That year we served 991 women, and this year it will be more than 1,300. It has been such a joy to witness and contribute to the growth in the organization — and in the people who work so tirelessly to make our programs and events happen.

Jill has been a key driver of that growth and I look forward to learning even more from her before I have the privilege of stepping into the President role.”
