Career Insights, Shopping & Mini-Makeovers with Macy’s Union Square

What a fantastic day at the iconic Macy's Union Square in San Francisco for our Dress for Success San Francisco/San Jose x Macy's Early Career Workshop & Shopping event!

On Wednesday, September 17, women ages 18-25 gathered at Macy's to hear impactful stories and insights on being a young professional from members of Macy's Leadership Team.

After, participants were given a free shopping experience with a personal shopper to build a professional wardrobe. To top it off, participants received a free mini-makeover from Estee Lauder staff.

A hearty thanks to our Macy’s Union Square hosts who were kind and generous with their time (one team member, Constance, even came in on her day off to be there!). And to our team of staff, board members, and volunteers who made this happen: thank you!

We're proud to share that over half of the women who attended were brand new participants of our programs and five out of the 14 who joined traveled all the way from San Jose! We can't wait for next time!
